Dr. Ruth H. Holliday is a 2000 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, she holds a Bachelor's degree in English from New England College, and is a 3rd generation chiropractor.  Those who work with Dr. Holliday appreciate her holistic and gentle approach to chiropractic care, especially when it comes to caring for children.

Though Dr. Holliday specializes in low-force techniques using an activator instrument, she is discerning about when to apply force and when to use a no-force technique.  Dr. Holliday trained with Dr. Sue Brown, D.C. in the Bio-Geometric Integrative method of no-force chiropractic adjustments.
 
Additionally, she is a Usui Reiki Master and continues to study complementary and alternative therapies to expand her awareness and know-how. 

Dr. Holliday prefers to walk a path of discovery with her patients and guide them into an understanding of health and wellness.  She believes in the innate wisdom of the body to heal itself when healing is approached from the mind-body-spirit perspective.


When appropriate and especially if requested, Dr. Holliday also uses  hands-on chiropractic adjusting techniques.
