Hummus Recipe
Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans (chic peas) 1/4 c tahini (raw or roasted Tahini-health food store or section) 1/4 c lemon juice 1/4 c olive oil 1 small clove of garlic 1 t ground cumin 1 t sea salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy. If it is too dry, add some water.
