Raw Food Diet


If you want to achieve the most incredible health imaginable, then this is the diet for you.  The raw food diet consists of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, gluten free grains and superfoods that have not been heated above 120 degrees.  With these beautiful ingredients, tantalizing creations can be prepared that will just amaze anyone when they find out that the food is raw.
