A typical first visit lasts 1-1 1/2 hours. 

Please bring the following items to your appointment, if applicable.

1. Your insurance card
   
2. Health information (Previous surgeries, pharmaceuticals, vitamin/supplement list)
   
3. Diagnostic reports, including x-rays and MRIs.  If you have had x-rays taken (within the last 2 years) of the area that bothers you, those will be extremely helpful.
